Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the UVU MBA program Develops ability to implement the career management process by exploring the structure of career research and networking. Enhances interviewing and salary negotiation skills and abilities. Also addresses the transitional soft skills needed in a career management position. Provides interaction between students and successful leaders of business and nonprofit organizations throughout the semester.
