Prerequisite(s): MGMT 3450 and University Advanced Standing Integrates planning concepts in the planning hierarchy within a manufacturing framework. Explores in depth the concepts of capacity planning, advanced sales and operational planning, demand management and forecasting, advanced MRP/ERP, inventory control, scheduling and lot sizing. Focuses on linkages between production planning and execution.
