Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing Pre- or Corequisite(s): MGMT 3450 Applies critical scheduling, forecasting and inventory management skills in business operations. Analyzes a wide array of quantitative and qualitative methods that are in current industry use. Analyzes scheduling and forecasting in business situations, and how to manage inventory systems. Evaluates both short-run and long-run forecasting and inventory considerations.
