Prerequisite(s): MGMT 2340 , ( MATH 1090 , MATH 1050 , MATH 1055 , or MGMT 2240 ) and University Advanced Standing Applies artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to automate and optimize business processes and organizational activities, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Theory of Constraints, and Lean 6-Sigma. Uses AI to identify challenges and then create AI-driven solutions across various domains. Requires hands-on projects to leverage off-the-shelf, no-code tools to solve complex issues and drive impactful results.
