Unlocks leadership potential by introducing approaches and real-world examples of effective leadership. Explores leadership in practice through a combination of readings, lectures, and interactive activities. Examines the key challenges facing leaders in today's complex and rapidly changing world. Emphasizes learning from leaders who have developed the character dimensions and practical skills needed to make meaningful contributions in personal and professional settings. Encourages reflection on leadership style and the development of a personal leadership development model. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits toward graduation.
