Prerequisite(s): It is recommended that students have passed JPNS 2020G , have had one year residency in Japan, or instructor approval For non-native Japanese speakers who have attained basic mastery of Japanese and some Kanji reading skills. Focuses on the development of Japanese language skills with emphasis on grammar review, reading, and writing. Introduces Japanese culture and literature. Lab access fee of $12 applies.
