Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing, FIN 3100 strongly recommended. Uses cases, supplemented with classroom instruction, to illustrate the various forms of financing a company can obtain. Provides insight into identifying and assessing investable opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Prepares students for more advanced coursework in venture capital and for professional roles after graduation in venture capital and private equity.
