Prerequisite(s): Departmental Approval For high-beginning ESL speakers with some previous English experience. Introduces phonetic alphabet for corresponding English alphabet sounds. Focuses on pronunciation of individual sounds along with how to produce naturally sounding syllables, words, and sentences through intonation, stress and linking.
