Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1005 Explores the aspiring and current emergency services learner's desire to serve and relates it to the theoretical constructs and characteristics of servant leadership. Discusses the roles and responsibilities of leadership/followership, internal and external, associated with the emergency services. Develops basic leadership/followership traits, based upon the philosophy of servant leadership.
