Prerequisite(s): ENGL 2250 or ENGL 2250H with a C- or higher and University Advanced Standing Provides intermediate instruction in practices and techniques for generating, writing, and revising original creative nonfiction. Focuses on contemporary nonfiction and critical theories associated with contemporary nonfiction. Explores and provides practice in various categories of nonfiction. Utilizes the creative writing workshop as the primary method of critical engagement with and critique of original writing. Addresses the challenges of transforming experience into writing.
