Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1005 Examines how “artificial intelligence” (AI) and other emerging technologies intersect with writing across professional, academic, and creative contexts. Explores the historical, ethical, environmental, and cultural implications of technology and writing. Emphasizes adaptable skills for evaluating and integrating AI into writing practices. Culminates in a portfolio of AI-assisted writing samples or critical analyses of content produced with AI.
