Guides students to be reflective as literacy professionals that apply their knowledge of adult learning to coordinate ongoing LEA/school-wide literacy improvement efforts. Provides various ways for designing, facilitating, and coordinating effective professional learning experiences. Suggests ways to make innovative and sustainable improvement that addresses the context-specific needs of the local community.
