Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): Five years of classroom experience or equivalent with at least one year in the Utah Educational system with a utah Professional Educator license; instructional coaching experience; experience providing professional learning for adults; three consecutive years of effective or higher rating on Utah Effective Teaching Standards (UETS). Ensures that those obtaining the Utah State Board of Education Instructional Coaching endorsement are prepared with the requisite, foundational skill-set to effectively coach their fellow educators’ practice to improve student outcomes and overall educator effectiveness.
