Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Master of Education in K-12 Education Leadership program, the Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership program, or permission of the graduate program director. Addresses critical concepts regarding building a school culture that leverages the strengths of collective solutions. Presents leadership skills required to effectively manage change within the school setting. Includes assessments to use to use in identifying challenges and summarizing impact of PLC fairness, transparency and trust.
