Prerequisite(s): Admission into any UVU graduate program Examines diverse models and systems of higher education in an effort to provide contexts for effective work and leadership in higher education environments. Explores the nuances of higher education institutions in terms of political dynamics, shared governance, technology, innovation, organizational culture, and external/internal constituent expectations and perceptions. Discusses U.S. and international models of higher education and future possibilities.
