Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into School of Education graduate program or approval of graduate program director Introduces theories of career development and career decision-making models relating to educational and career development program planning, organization, implementation, administration, and evaluation. Covers the history of work and career in the U.S. in addition to contemporary influences and multicultural considerations.
