Prerequisite(s): DWDD 1400 or DGM 1110 or INFO 2420 Focuses on the compression, management, and deployment of digital media files. Uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a central component of modern compression and output processes, exploration of CODEC technologies, format types, and effective use of content in media-driven scenarios. Introduces opportunities to examine user experience design best practices when deploying assets on modern touch-based/voice-directed devices to showcase product design and development practices. Lab access fee of $45 for computers applies.
