Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): Portfolio Review Acceptance and University Advanced Standing Explores issues, concepts, and practices for making digital media accessible to people from diverse cultures and people with disabilities. Covers design considerations and techniques for the Web and other digital technologies. Presents methods for understanding and comparing different cultures and ways of approaching and enhancing intercultural interactions. Addresses accessibility standards, guidelines, and laws important for digital media developers to know and implement. Lab access fee of $45 for computers applies.
