Prerequisite(s): Accepted into Dental Hygiene program and University Advanced Standing Examines the principles of community health, socioeconomic status and personal bias. Builds on knowledge of ethics, basic and dental sciences, and clinical dental hygiene practice. Provides the knowledge and skills necessary to function in a community health setting and includes learning experiences in community health agencies.
