Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Dental Hygiene Program Explores topics relevant to contemporary practice of dental hygiene, including professional roles, career and stress management, ethical and legal aspects, and the role of the dental hygienist in the dental specialty practices. Builds on clinical practice and prepares for entry into the many aspects of the profession of dental hygiene. Includes observation of various dental specialty practices.
