Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into Dental Hygiene program For students in the Dental Hygiene Program. Focuses on study of the normal development, structure, and function of the orofacial region. Provides microscopic and macroscopic study of oral structures in a laboratory setting. Builds on basic sciences and prepares for the study of the dental sciences and clinical dental hygiene.
