Catalog description

Prerequisite(s): DANC 2210R and advanced intermediate equivalent skill level to be determined by audition. Corequisite(s): DANC 3270R For students at an advanced-intermediate pointe technique level. Develops increased coordination, control, articulation of the feet, stamina, and flexibility in pointe training. Emphasizes barre and center work to build strength necessary for further advanced study. Explores movement from classical repertoire. Requires ballet attire. May be repeated for a total of six credits toward graduation. Course Lab fee of $120 for support applies.
