Prerequisite(s): CS 2600 , CS 2900 , and University Advanced Standing Explores standards, protocols, and implementation techniques for secure socket communication and network protocols used to develop back-end agents and services that communicate in a cloud-based environment. Includes designing and implementing secure versions of cloud-based agents and services in a potentially hostile environment. Emphasizes minimizing potential attack vectors beyond user authentication at the service level.
