Teaches the collision implications of current and future vehicle technologies. Identifies Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, (ADAS) components, analysis and repair plan formulation. Identifies emerging vehicle propulsion systems and components involved. Involves pre and post scan operation with research of the corrective actions necessary for proper system function. Uses original equipment manufacturer and industry specific technical data information relating to advanced vehicle systems.
