Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing Encourages students to critically analyze leadership in terms of interpersonal effectiveness and professionalism from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Examines power and influence in leadership-related group and team communication. Advances oral and written communication, interpersonal communication, and emotional intelligence in crisis scenarios.
