Pre- or Corequisite(s): CMGT 2010 or CMGT 1020 Covers the role and duties of job site managers of heavy civil and commercial construction projects. Includes documentation, time and cost control, jobsite layout and control, labor relations, conflict resolution, OSHA safety practices. Emphasizes the design and implementation of project safety plans. Focuses on project quality, productivity, cost control and safety management. Lab access fee of $45 for computers applies.
