Prerequisite(s): CJ 1010 , and University Advanced Standing Studies the implementation of criminal justice within the four major legal traditions and the cultural issues that influence its administration. Compares and contrasts the differences in interpretation of procedural and substantive law, policy-making, law enforcement, court systems, corrections, and juvenile justice with that of the United States.
