Prerequisite(s): ( BIOL 1610 or BIOL 1610H ) and ( CHEM 1110 or CHEM 1210 ) with a C- or higher in each and University Advanced Standing. Pre- or Corequisite(s): BIOL 3400 Uses laboratory exercises to demonstrate topics covered in Cell Biology. Includes experimental methods for studying cell processes, enzymes, tissue specific proteins, organelles, and experimental design. Includes studies of gene expression in bacterial models and cell fractionation. Course Lab fee of $100 applies.
