Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing Explores organizational structures, geographical location selection, staffing, service delivery, and infrastructure requirements of an effective aftermarket product support program associated with aerospace vehicles. Explores existing support concepts to enable the student to design and plan an integrated and deployable product support organization. Emphasizes key elements of customer relationship management. Includes studies for both Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and third-party service providers.
