Prerequisite(s): AVSC 2070 , AVSC 2150 and University Advanced Standing Teaches principles of aviation management including the management process, decision-making, and organizational structure. Covers leadership skills including communication, fostering team work, conflict resolution, and human resource management. Analyzes the importance of ethics and social responsibility as well as developing and crafting executive strategies. Studies organizational culture and effective management of innovation and change. May be delivered online.
