Prerequisite(s): Admission to Master of Accountancy program and ACC 6400 Examines accounting theory and practices of federal income taxation relating to the formation and operation of partnerships and corporations and the tax impact on their owners. Analyzes the tax implications related to the form of entity and the location of the entity.
