Catalog description

This course expands students’ competency in the practical application of GMAW. Shielding gas composition, selection, and appropriate flow rates are discussed. Students learn appropriate parameter selection as necessary for GMAW proficiency. The pulsed-spray (GMAW-P) metal transfer mode is introduced.
