Catalog description

This is a critical evaluation of agroecology and its role in the management of agroecosystems. Ecology concepts are introduced from an agricultural perspective with research examples discussed. Adoption challenges and the role of community in sustainable food systems are explored. Additional coursework is required for those enrolled in the graduate-level course.
