Philosophy and History Leading to Science

Catalog description

Students learn how historical events and the evolution of western philosophy led to the scientific revolution and modern science. This is contrasted with a different approach to knowledge, that of Eastern mysticism. Additional coursework is required for those enrolled in the graduate-level course.
