Catalog description

Students learn how ecological economics embeds the economy within the biosphere in a sustainability paradigm. Concepts and analytical approaches include natural capital, ecosystems services, environmental benefit estimation, footprint analysis, and life-cycle analysis. Additional coursework is required at the graduate level.
