How can we be happier? Is happiness even possible? Learn how to enhance emotional intelligence, resilience, healthy mental habits, interpersonal connections, and other virtues that allow people to thrive both personally and in their relationships with others. (This course fulfills the Social and Behavioral Sciences requirement in Utah State University’s General Education program.)
