Catalog description

Students learn fundamental concepts in community ecology, paired with analytical tools to conduct appropriate analyses. Methods may include multivariate analyses, ordination, time series analyses, network theory and analysis, rarefaction, diversity metrics, phylogenetic regression, and mixed-effects generalized linear modeling.
