This course explores aviation's origins to current underrepresented populations seeking careers in the aviation industry, historically gender and race imbalanced, breaking barriers in becoming pilots, flight attendants, aviation maintenance technicians, air traffic controllers, engineers, astronauts, and unmanned aerial systems operators. Additional coursework is required for those enrolled in the graduate-level course.
