In collaboration with health care professionals, students will provide pharmaceutical care to individuals in ambulatory care sites using patient-specific information to modify, create, and monitor pharmacotherapy regimens. (Practicum) Pre: fourth-year professional standing in the Doctor of Pharmacy Program and completion of all required didactic courses in the program. (D1)
