(3 crs.) Seminar associated with Elementary Practical Teaching Residency I. Developing habits of a reflective and collegial practitioner with a focus on the student. Topics addressed are: establishing a safe learning environment, self reflection, academic language, instruction, feedback, individual differences, culturally responsive practices, differentiation, and assessment. (Lec. 3) Pre: For Elementary Education Majors only. Concurrent enrollment in EDC455 and EDC460, and completed or concurrent enrollment in EDC402. Not for graduate credit.
