(3 crs.) Examines the origins and development of the current criminal court system in the US. Legal practices, procedures, and alternatives both traditional and novel will also be explored. (Lec. 3/Online) Pre: CCJ majors who have earned a C or better in CCJ/PSC 274(H), or by permission of instructor.
