Catalog description
This course familiarizes the student with the performance of acting work and the process of character building. Study of the formative stages of the actor and the interpretive systems that enhance their qualities as the enunciator of a story that gives meaning to the staging. Analysis of the character as a structural element that organizes the stages of the story and builds the fable. In addition to examining the relationship between the actor and his character, the course establishes links between the dramatic text an d its staging. At the end of the semester, the student must present a proposal conceived for its representation. This course is offered in classroom mode.
