Catalog description
Practice of the different surgical procedures of the various surgical specialties in a real work environment. The practice consists of the application of the skills acquired in the theoretical phase for the intervention with the surgical patient. Emphasis on the development of knowledge, skills and competencies of critical thinking, patient handling, handling of the surgical setting and the handling of instruments and equipment. These competences are developed in a real working scenario, which allows the st udent to prepare the different surgical processes and the execution of the instrumentation during a surgical intervention, always with the supervision of the teacher and staff of the operating room. In addition, the development of communication and technol ogical skills is facilitated.
