Catalog description
This practical course will allow the student to place into practice the knowledge acquired through the program. The student, with the help of the internship coordinator, will select his/her internship center from a group of centers certified by the school. The course consists of 200 hours of work within a scenario in the food and beverage industry. Through this practice, the student will work on customer service strategies using communication skills to provide wine suggestions to guests. They will also be able to use their critical thinking, ethics and diversity when addressing customers, exposing their know ledge of flavors, aromas, and pairings. Quantitative reasoning will be put into operation in the process of purchasing and selecting wines.
