Catalog description

Study of the main issues related to physical training in special populations both in the sports and personal fields. The basic guidelines will be discussed in children and adolescents of growing age, people who are overweight or obese, people who are underweight or extremely thin, pregnant women, the elderly, diabetics, heart disease, respiratory disease, cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, autism among other s, from the perspective of sports performance and health. The student will be able to understand and explain the adaptations that occur in resisted exercises in different contexts and situations, arguing their points of view based on scientific evidence to propose solutions based on logical reasoning, proposing general techniques for correct execution. .
