Catalog description

This course has the purpose of providing basic knowledge about the structure and organization of the human central nervous system together with its functional and clinical significance. It is with this purpose that neuroanatomy and neurophysiology are presented as an integrated discipline. Clinical correlations are presented throughout the course in a concise manner to raise student awareness of how abnormal changes in functioning go hand in hand with structural lesions of the nervous system.
