Catalog description

This course is preparation for the differential and integral calculus in one variable. It is designed for students who plan to obtain a degree in science, mathematics, computer sciences, engineering, and mathematics education. The topics covered include trigonometric functions of real numbers and angles and their graphs, analytical trigonometry, applications of trigonometry, complex numbers and vectors, systems of linear equations, and analytic geometry. The course consists of 45 hours of lecture and 30 hours of laboratory.
