In this course you will study the components of the clearing systems of human resources, its legal framework, federal and state. Emphasis on the analysis, description and evaluation of posts, administration of wages and salaries, incentives and benefits. In addition, discuss topics on the design of remuneration programs, compensation to executives, development of wage structures and the internal and external influences that impact compensation systems.
