It presents the organizational behavior, intervention in the role, performance and leadership of the manager in health services. We work on leadership concepts, the difference between leaders and managers, attitudes, personality traits, emotional intelligence and their importance in the health services environment; in addition to the development of successful work teams and delegation of authority. The p urpose is for the student to identify how individuals according to their personality are involved in the learning process and in decision -making.
