Catalog description
The course is designed for the student to integrate all the knowledge acquired through their educational experiences. The student will apply each of the concepts of Health Services Management oriented to Strategic Planning through the development of goals, objectives and strategies that raise the quality of the services offered. At this level of academic development, the student must be able to interpret, develop and communicate decisions through the use of scientific evidence. It is required to develop a Strategic Plan taking into consideration the ethical issues that impact the health market, presenting alternative solutions to strategic issues in a clear and concise manner. The development of creative ideas to solve the situations of the institutional ope rational diary is encouraged, taking into account the ethical principles of health service managers. Interprets information from the operation for decision making. The student will develop their strategic plan with creativity. The vocabulary of the strategic plan will be the frequently use in health services settings so that the ideas presented are clearly understood. At the end of the course, the student will apply administrative planning and evaluation system functions for the best use of institutional re sources and achievement of the objectives set in his end -of-course work. The student will have indirect supervision from his teacher. You will apply the managerial process, critical judgment and develop skills in the establishment of an organizational strategic plan.
